Consistent attendance is an important part of player development. Athletes should attend sessions according to the frequency of their membership or development plan whenever possible. Training credits are provided within a designated usage period to encourage consistent development. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the applicable membership or development period.
Group Training memberships are designed for athletes committed to consistent weekly development. 1x Weekly Membership 4 training credits per monthly membership cycle. 2x Weekly Membership 8 training credits per monthly membership cycle. Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled according to iDBA's cancellation policy. Credits must be used during the applicable membership cycle and do not roll over.
Drop-ins are intended as a one-time opportunity for new athletes to experience iDBA Group Training before committing to consistent development. Drop-In: $35 After completing a drop-in, athletes who wish to continue should enroll in the appropriate Group Training membership.
1:1 Player Development plans are prepaid and designed to be completed within a specific development period. Drop-In Single session. 6-Session Development Plan All credits expire 30 days from purchase. 10-Session Complete Development Plan All credits expire 60 days from purchase. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the development period.
We understand that schedules can change. Athletes must cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for the training credit to be returned to their account. Each athlete receives one complimentary emergency reschedule for situations that arise inside the 24-hour window. After the complimentary emergency reschedule has been used, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the training credit. No-shows result in an automatic loss of the training credit. If iDBA cancels a session, the athlete's credit will be returned or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. Athletes arriving late may participate in the remaining portion of the session, but the session will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time. This is particularly important for 1:1 because someone arriving 15 minutes late shouldn't push your entire schedule back
If iDBA cancels a scheduled session, the athlete's credit should be restored or the session rescheduled. Athletes will not lose a training credit for sessions canceled by iDBA.
Group Training memberships automatically renew according to the athlete's membership cycle. Membership cancellations require 30 days' notice. Families remain responsible for any scheduled payment that falls within the 30-day notice period. Once the cancellation period has been completed, future automatic renewals will stop. I'd also specify how cancellation notice must be submitted—email, CoachIQ, etc.—so there can never be a dispute about whether someone told a coach verbally.
Purchases are eligible for a refund request within 48 hours of the original purchase, provided services have not already been used. After the 48-hour period, all purchases are non-refundable. An exception may be made if iDBA is unable to fulfill its commitment to provide the purchased services. Unused or expired training credits are not eligible for cash refunds.
Athletes are expected to: Be coachable. Compete. Communicate. Respect the environment. Give intentional effort. Parents and families are expected to: Support the development process, respect coaches and athletes, communicate appropriately, and allow players the space to learn through mistakes. iDBA is committed to providing: Intentional coaching, a positive development environment, clear communication, age-appropriate instruction, and development that connects training to the game. That last part is important. Standards should work both ways.
We want every family to understand the expectations before beginning development with iDBA.
